Testomonials:
She's really down-to-earth, funny, and knowledgeable. It didn't feel intense at all when I went to a session, it just felt like talking; suggesting coping skills, breathing techniques and going back through my past to really address what was holding me back in the present. She knows how to have you slowly unravel what gives you anxiety, depression, or whatever you have, and make peace with it. I like her coping skills to deal with any residual effects that may take more time to heal, it lets you handle everyday life and the world doesn't feel so intimidating. The best therapist makes therapy not even feel like therapy, just breaking life (past, present and future) down into something that's manageable, instead of life feeling like Mt. Everest. When I first started with Lisa, I had no job and was not in school. I could barely manage to make myself leave the house, do certain basic chores and rarely saw my friends. Two years later, I have 2 jobs that I love and am going back to college. I smile everyday and it's not a mask. I don't think I'd be here today if it weren't for her. Highly recommended.  Rachel L.

Jeffrey P. 5/22/2018
My wife passed away last month of terminal cancer. The way she died was very traumatic for me, and I was having a hard time daily remembering the bad and sad experience. Susan, from the VERY, VERY 1st meeting showed and guided me through this difficult time. I felt like I had made huge strides in the mourning stage. I walked out feeling like everything was going to be just fine for me and my future. It was the best treatment session I have ever had in the 15 years of treatment. I'm highly motivated to continue with Susan in this difficult time.

Jemmy B. 12/27/2019
Working with Susan has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Working with her through RRT you are able to talk and move through trauma without reliving your past. She will listen to what you have to say with openness and without judgement which makes you feel very comfortable. I had no idea that therapy could be light hearted and fun. Which is needed especially for situations or topics that feel very serious. Susan offers a different perspective or lens in which to see the world. The affects are powerful. I have been able to transform some strong beliefs that were not helpful in such a short amount of time. I strongly recommend her and RRT to anyone.

Kerrianne C. 3/22/2018
I have been in many different types of counseling for over ten years. I have trauma related to my past and when I was in my session with Susan, she had such a positive, and gentle approach to dealing with trauma. She said I did not need to focus on it, she took me through mental, and physical healing techniques that changed my perception of the time in question. I was amazed by how I felt my energy shift in the session. I am big on energy healing and therapy and I will say this is the best, most effective therapy session I have ever had. I'm so excited to have found someone who truly is effective.
